Safety
Brady Welding has its own, comprehensive safety program. In this
program we work toward meeting our goals outlined in our HES Vision.
We strive for a consistent, incident free workplace through specific safety
controls and procedures. We commit to responsibility in the
environment and the areas of our operations. We have established HES
goals, such as pre-work safety meetings and zero incidents. Finally,
we hope to create an environment where we are accountable for our actions.

Training
In addition to our excellent safety program, we are very proactive with our
training programs. We provide general industry training, as well as
job specific training, such as forklift or crane safety.
